TRASSIR for logistics: control the gate, the yard and the bay

A depot's risk map is drawn in vehicle movements: what came in, what left, what was loaded in between. Manual gate logs cannot settle disputes, and a fence without verified alarms is a suggestion. TRASSIR turns the gate into a data source, the perimeter into a sensor and every bay into an evidence archive.

The situation

Tens of thousands of goods, hundreds of hands, every hour

For warehouses and logistics centers where hundreds of employees move tens of thousands of goods every hour, TRASSIR provides constant monitoring of goods, vehicles, occupational safety and fire risk.

A typical deployment: ANPR lanes at the gates, Neuro Detector on the perimeter and yard, covered loading bays with archive depth for claims windows, and PPE detection in bays and racking aisles, each site federated to HQ.

TRASSIR for logistics and warehousing

What the platform delivers

Constant monitoring of goods, vehicles and safety

Goods tracking

Tracks all movements of goods from receiving to shipping, with archive search by type.

Incident accountability

Identifies incident time and responsible person for damage or staff errors.

Vehicle monitoring

Monitors every vehicle moving around the site: customer cars and company transport.

PPE compliance

Automated checks that staff wear required protective equipment such as workwear and helmets.

Fire prevention

Flame and smoke detection on video where goods and packaging concentrate risk.

Dispute resolution

Timestamped bay footage that reconciles gate records with what actually shipped.

Reference deployment

Walk the depot: from the gate lane to the archive

Gate lanes

A motorized zoom dome on each lane frames the plate; AutoTRASSIR reads it, checks the admission list and drives the barrier. Every entry and exit lands in a searchable log with photos, including foreign plates and difficult angles.

Perimeter and yard

8 MP bullets with IR to 50 m watch the fence line, and a PTZ speed dome with 25x zoom and IR to 150 m lets the operator inspect any point in the yard. Neuro Detector alarms on a person or vehicle, ignoring dogs, birds and moving branches.

Loading bays

A DualLight bullet on every bay records each pallet on and off the truck, in color at night thanks to warm LED illumination. Hardhat Detector watches the same footage for staff without helmets.

Recording and review

A NeuroStation Compact RE carries a 16 camera depot; the 8800R family carries 64, 128 or 160 cameras per server. Archive depth is sized to your claims window, and every depot federates to one HQ console.

Rollout path

Gate first: fast, measurable ROI

01 · Gate lane

Entry and exit automated by ANPR, with journey logs backed by photos.

02 · Perimeter

Neural detection across the fence line: verified alarms, lean guard force.

03 · Bays & archive

Loading bay coverage sized to your claims window, with honest storage math.

04 · Federation

Every depot under one HQ console as the network grows.

Platform proof

What the platform has done in distribution centers

Detsky Mir Group digitalized its distribution centers with TRASSIR: dead zones eliminated, the ActiveStock video analytics module implemented, regulations finalized. The published results:

20+

investigations per operator, up from 5 to 10

60% → 90%

Questions depot operators ask

Before the first gate lane goes in

Can AutoTRASSIR read foreign plates, or plates at an angle?

Yes. The module reads foreign plates and complex angles accurately. Lane geometry is confirmed during the site survey so each camera frames plates correctly.

Will it drive the barrier we already have?

AutoTRASSIR integrates with barriers, access control, fire alarm and speed measurement systems, so admitted vehicles pass without a guard touching anything.

Our recorders are low powered. Can they still run ANPR?

Yes, through GPU offload: compute moves from low power recorders to a NeuroStation, and multiple TRASSIR servers can send video to one for processing.

How much storage does our claims window need?

That is disk math, not guesswork. Recorders carry two HDD bays and NeuroStation servers eight, for drives of any capacity. We size the archive to your claims window and show the calculation.

Will the cameras survive the yard?

The outdoor bodies are metal, rated IP67, with TVS 6000V lightning protection and working temperatures from minus 40 to plus 60 degrees C.

What support do we get after go live?

Operator training on your own cameras, aftersales support backed by an SLA and a named engineer, and change quotations usually within 48 hours.
